EURimpianti was born in Erchie City, in the province of Brindisi, being built under the expertise of one of its founders, Mr. Carmelo Margheriti, in the construction sector of Block Making Machines and Automatic Plants for concrete products.
Today, EURimpianti is a reliable partner for the realization of any project related to the production of concrete and precast product machinery and plants, globally supported by a technical assistance network.
The founder
In 1957, Mr. Carmelo Margheriti migrated to Beauvais, France, beginning his career at Stabilimenti Minato, a leading company in the Construction of Machines and Moulds for concrete products. He started in the moulds producing department for Block Making Machines, escalating to become the company’s general manager in 1968.
Italforme
In 1974, he decided to put an end to his experience in France and decided to return to Italy in order to create a new reality in his hometown he had left long before.
Mr. Carmelo Margheriti founded Italforme in Erchie (BR), a company specialized in the construction of moulds for concrete products.
EURimpianti was Born
Drawing from the huge experience in Moulds manufacturing for Block Making Machines of any brand, and combining the decades-long expertise of all its close collaborators and pushed by the continuous requests received by clients asking for an Italian manufacturer for this type of machines, in 1997 in Erchie City, in the province of Brindisi, EURimpianti Srl, was born.
Blocchiera Sp-127C
Launched in 1998, the first model, the Sp-127C Block Making Machine, had been highly appreciated in the Italian market, especially for its innovative servo-assisted vibration system with adjustable extent and frequency.
From Italy to the World
Focusing on the export market, the company emerges on the international markets across Europe and worldwide.
Extending the physical venue
An important expansion of the production site was started in 2008, increasing the covered work area to 2,200 m², with the creation of a assembly area and a Testing Department before the shipments.
Innovation
In 2020, a second major expansion increased the covered work area to 3,500 m².
The production process incorporated state-of-the-art automated cutting and bending machines connected to the advanced Industry 4.0 standards.
A 100 kW photovoltaic system was installed, covering 91% of the company’s energy need.
Continuous Demoulding
In 2021, apart from the production of Block Making Machines, the company introduced a range of continuous demoulding machines for manufacturing medium-sized prefabricated elements of medium dimensions, up to 4 meters in length and 2 meters in height.
